Mr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the President of the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon them), received a delegation from the Karbala Center for Studies and Research at the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain. This visit comes within the framework of enhancing scientific cooperation between the two parties, in addition to discussing the university's participation in the "Eighth International Scientific Conference for the Visit of Arbaeen," which will take place with wide local and international participation at the end of August.
This academic exchange provides an opportunity to strengthen knowledge cooperation and expertise between the university and the center, contributing to supporting scientific research and raising the level of education and culture in society.
 

Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Al-Hayawi, the President of the University, along with a number of engineers from the executing company, conducted a field inspection tour to the dormitory building for female students.
 
This tour aimed to assess the progress and achievements that have reached advanced stages, as the university seeks to construct new buildings sufficient to accommodate the increasing number of female students.
 
The dormitory building for female students features three buildings, six floors in height, capable of accommodating the students along with other facilities.

In an effort to enhance students' skills during the spring break, the College of Science at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), specifically the Information Technology Department, organized a practical training course on network installation and programming for first-year students.
The course was delivered by programmer Abbas Nouri from the University's Electronic Computing Center.
This initiative from the college's administration aims to train students and enhance their practical skills, preparing them for the job market. This reception comes after he was recruited by the Holy Hussain Shrine to participate in work at its medical centers, especially at the Neuropathy Center. Mr. President of the University, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, welcomed Dr. Nishino Eishizo, accompanied by Dr. Saleh Al-Jabri, the director of the Neuropathy Center, and emphasized the importance of integration and cooperation between the center and the College of Medicine at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him). Dean of the College of Media at University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), Dr. Mohammed Jamal Hussein, signed a scientific agreement with the Dean of the College of Media at Thi Qar University, Professor Hadi Faleh Hassan. The university hosted Dr. Ali Nokhvi, a lecturer at Hull University in the UK and a cardiologist at Castle Hill Hospital, to deliver an engaging scientific lecture titled "Hypertension: What's New in 2024?"
The lecture discussed the latest advancements and innovations in the field of hypertension for the year 2024, where Dr. Nokhvi provided an in-depth insight into recent developments in this field. It was an opportunity for students to learn about the latest research and medical technologies contributing to the effective and innovative diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.
The lecture was distinguished by its rich content and valuable information presented by Dr. Nokhvi, making it a unique opportunity for medical students to enhance their knowledge and understanding in this vital field.

In a step aimed at enhancing the safety and comfort of University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa students (peace be upon him), the engineering teams in the Department of Engineering Projects under the Holy Hussain Shrine, with support from the Financial Affairs Department of the Holy Shrine, have begun constructing a pedestrian bridge for student crossing. This achievement comes in response to the urgent need to provide a safe environment and keep pace with the increasing number of students, making it easier for them to access the university and vice versa, without exposing them to any traffic risks. The bridge will be equipped with all necessary equipment and facilities to ensure the comfort and safety of pedestrians and students.

The purpose of the trial assessment exam is to familiarize students with the mechanism followed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the comprehensive ministerial exam. Assistant Administrative Professor Dr. Nofel Al-Araji conducted an inspection tour of the internal departments building for female students at the University of Warith (peace be upon him), accompanied by a group of engineers from the executing company.
The purpose of this tour is to monitor the progress of work and assess the completion percentage in the internal departments building, which consists of three buildings reaching up to six floors, accommodating a large number of female students along with other available facilities.

Scientific collaboration between the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) and Hankaria University has been strengthened, according to the scientific agreement previously signed between the two universities. Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hayawi, the university president, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Ali Abdul Saadoun, welcomed a delegation from Hankaria University led by Vilmos Ivady, the Director of University Administration at Semmelweis University, and Steven Steve, the Director of Iraq Projects. Discussions focused on activating the provisions of the scientific agreement, especially in the medical and academic fields.
It is worth mentioning that Hankaria University is one of the prestigious universities in Europe, occupying an advanced position in Shanghai rankings and global classifications.
 

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research honored the Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering at the College of Engineering, University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him), for achieving outstanding success in the Iraqi University Ranking for the year 2023. The department obtained first place in the national Iraqi ranking among all scientific departments of government and private universities.
