The College of Law at the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa organized two scientific competitions in "Iraqi Criminal Law". Under the patronage and support of the Dean of the College, Dr. Ali Al-Sharifi, the competitions witnessed strong competition between the morning and evening study teams.
The first competition was supervised by Dr. Ahmed Jaber Saleh, the subject professor, and ended with a narrow victory for the evening study team. The second competition in "Civil Law" was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Ghassaq Khalil Ibrahim, the subject professor, and also ended with a narrow victory for the morning study team.
These scientific events are part of activities aimed at enhancing the level of knowledge and culture among students at the College of Law. With the participation of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Consulting Engineer Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi, the University of Warith Al-Anbiyaa hosted the first meeting of the National Advisory Team selected by the Cabinet's Advisory Board.
The formation of this team comes as part of the government's preparations to develop a national plan to study seismic activity in Iraq and to develop standards for government and private buildings, known as the "Seismic Code".
The selection of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Hussein Hadi Al-Awadi, was based on his proven academic and scientific competence, reflecting confidence in his ability to contribute to the preparation of these important national plans.
The Faculty of Engineering, Biomedical Engineering Department, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, organized an intensive training course titled "Arduino from Scratch to Mastery." The course was excellently delivered by Assistant Professor Mustafa Habib Jiyad.
The course spanned five days and focused on downloading libraries, writing and reading code, and interfacing sensors, electronic components, and display screens.
Participants included faculty engineers as well as university students. At the conclusion of the course, participation certificates were distributed to the attendees, reflecting the success and effectiveness of this fruitful educational experience.

A Ph.D. dissertation at the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa discussed the use of integral transform for solving partial differential equations and its applications.
The dissertation presented by student Rehab Ali Khudair aims to find new double transforms named Double ZZ transforms and Complex ZZ transforms as useful tools distinguished by speed and accuracy to obtain solutions for hydrodynamic pressure, load-bearing, and heat equation describing particle movement in a viscoelastic fluid.
The dissertation concluded that using Double ZZ transform as a powerful tool for solving motion and continuity equations in hydrodynamic lubrication and compressive lubrication and for solving the heat equation describing particle movement in a viscoelastic fluid, and using Complex Double ZZ transform to estimate stress peaks in the knee joint for daily activities.
The dissertation recommended that the Double ZZ transform and Compound Double ZZ transform can be developed to solve a system of ordinary differential equations and solve partial differential equations with variable coefficients.
